Because my products are made-to-order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, I’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Please contact me within 30 days of delivery and include:

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the item and the issue

 -A photo of the shipping label/packaging

Size issues

I do not offer returns for sizing. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you’re unsure, I recommend sizing up.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If it’s confirmed lost, contact me and I’ll help.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank/payment provider.
